Inca Fortification

To answer this question correctly, students must see both the strengths and weaknesses of a photograph as evidence of Inca fortification against Spanish attacks. For Question 1, students must explain that the photograph is useful in that it depicts the fortifications used by the Inca. For Question 2, students must explain how the fact that the photograph was taken centuries after the Spanish conquest might make it less useful as evidence.

Question 1

Question 2

Level: Emergent

Question 1

Level: Basic

Question 1
